Meet Renee

Together, you will unlock your natural strength and resilience.

I am passionate about a lot of things, foremost of which is helping people live more authentically and wholeheartedly, with courage, presence and resilience. Behind everything I do lays one very firmly held belief: there is nothing wrong with any of us and no one is broken. Every single person has the capacity to heal—and I am here to help you do just that.

Approach to Therapy:

In my office I believe in connection and walking along side you during the most difficult, as well as joyful times, in your life. A key component of my therapeutic style is developing an authentic, collaborative, compassionate, and inclusive therapeutic relationship with you. I work to create a safe and non-judgmental space so that you can feel comfortable sharing and working towards your goals.

As a Registered Associate MFT and Registered Associate PCC, I work with children, individuals, couples, families, and aging populations.

I practice from an integrative approach, meaning that I tailor sessions to meet your needs and goals. Some of the modalities I  utilize include: Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Experiential, Somatic, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches.

Educational Background:

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I began my career as a therapist working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking and enjoy working with clients on a variety of topics.

Additional Training:

I am trained in Trauma- Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, as well as Phase 1, 2, and 3 of BrainSpotting, and Prepare Enrich.
